Happy New Year 2013

With a new year comes new responsibilities, adventures and progress. Many things are in the works for a great new year at the library. If you haven’t visited your local library lately we challenge you to come in and see whats happening!

We hope you will spread the word and check back with us to find out more about our computer learning program and childrens story time that we hope to implement in 2013! Details coming soon.

Also with a new year comes a new wave of excitement and support for the Regional library project. The project aims to raise funds in order to move the existing library into the Armory facility, where we will be able expand our programs and services to better meet the needs of the larger community population including: Warrior, Kimberly, Trafford, Morris, Corner, and Hayden. The new library will be a state of the art facility with plenty of room for growth and expansion.

Contact the library to be added to the email list to receive updates on the Regional library project. Or to find out how you can contribute (volunteers needed to assist with booksales, donations always welcome, project sponsorship, and special projects).

New Website

Welcome to our new website. We began construction of our site in October ’12. We hope the new site will help to¬†provide access to information and resources offered through the library and through the Jefferson County Library Cooperative.

You will find great links for Kids, Teens and Adults. You can read about the history of the Library at Warrior, our library Board and our Foundation. Our hours of operation, contact information and an interactive map are posted for your convenience.

We will provide regular updates on events, collection development projects, programs, holidays¬†and more here in the “Whats New” section of our website.

We hope you will continue to check back with us to see whats new at the library!
